In wartime and in peace, caregivers (all who raise children or who take primary responsibility for the care of disabled, aged, ailing and dying adults) are essential to the smooth working of the family, community and nation. We are all born defenseless and in need of care. Almost as many of us will give care to one or more others during our lives. Everyone will need care again before death.

This survey will help publicize how important caregiving is to us. Please fill it out and email it to friends, relatives, and neighbors to fill it out. You can also print it out and fax or mail it back to us.
